Event Info:

  • Set up & decorating - signage, tables, chairs, auction, wood crates, glassware, decor
  • Raffle sales - selling tickets on cash raffle & jewellery raffle.This will be at a stationary booth so volunteers can be seated.
  • Liquor ticket sales - selling liquor tickets. Stationary booth as well so volunteers can sit!
  • Food/beverage assistant - clearing plates, glassware, washing dishes, refilling snack station
  • Outdoor games - visiting and facilitating outdoor games such as ladder ball & yard Yahtzee 
  • Auction assistant - collecting auction items for purchasers, running bid sheets to treasurer, adding up sales
  • Take down & clean up - take down & packing of decor, hall clean up
